The nose
Upon opening, there is a love mel aroma that hits my nose.
I bring the glass to my nose and it’s pure indulgence with a rather strong and warm caramel. It’s clean email mixed with bitter cocoa and coffee. All of this reinforces the character of this caramel. There are also beautiful spices, including nutmeg. This brings a tiny bit of freshness. It’s a very pleasant woody note.
It’s accessible, it doesn’t hit the nose too strongly despite the 50 degrees.
The contrast between the nose and the mouth
